Disgruntled

Anyone who knows our B also knows this "look" of his. He has been doing it for quite some time, and really I don't think it needs any explanation. It takes the expression, "one look says it all" to a whole new level. He doesn't even need to cry; he just gives me this look and I know I better get moving. Basically, we have a fun game going of him saying, "Jump" and me saying, "How high?" I know, I know, you are probably saying, "You need to say "no" sometimes, and help him build character." But, he is the baby! (John Rosemond would have a field day with us) I will work on it in the next month or so.

But, it is so hard when after you get the one "disgruntled" look you see a sweet little profile shot like this.

Next month or so, I promise.

Hope you are enjoying your snow....

As much as we are enjoying ours!

After round three in the snow, our little green-eyed monster found Mae's old pair of red boots. He LOVES them! But, not quite as much as his fingers and blankie.

Pops popped in just long enough to whip up some snow ice cream. Mae also enjoyed it a second time as "soup" with dinner.

Happy Vacation, love!!! We miss you.

Big things are to come in 2011...

And, this is how I know why. Here it is......
MY DAD (aka Pops) CHANGED HIS FIRST DIAPER, EVER!!!
Yes, it has taken two children and five grandchildren, but he did it! And, okay, Bruce had just come out of the bath, meaning there was nothing stinky. But, we are still proud of him.
He only did it because this little red-head is obsessed with him.
We love you, Pops!
Ps-This is what the diaper looked like afterwards, and when I went to readjust the tabs, Pops said, "What's wrong!?! That is how she told me to do it." The "she" he was talking about is our sweet little four year old. Great coaching, Mae!
